1. Service Description

Paisa Track is a smart personal finance and expense tracking tool designed for Android mobile devices. The app offers automated expense tracking, SMS transaction parsing, voice-assisted expense recording, bill splitting, and financial budgeting insights.

2. Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate information when registering for an account.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials and security PIN used to access Paisa Track on your device.
• You agree not to use the app for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized financial transactions.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Paisa Track provides both a Free tier and optional premium "Paisa Track Pro" subscription plans:

4. Payment Gateway and Billing

All financial transactions and Pro subscriptions within Paisa Track are processed securely via RBI-authorized payment aggregator partners, including PhonePe Payment Gateway.

• We do not store your full debit/credit card numbers or UPI MPIN on our servers.
• Subscription charges are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Upon successful payment confirmation from PhonePe, your Paisa Track account is upgraded instantly.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

The Paisa Track software, mobile UI, trademarks, logo, algorithms, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of the Paisa Track development team and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
